Dr. Myles Munroe said “purpose precedes creation” in his excellent book on The Power and Purpose of Potential. The NCPO has clearly defined its purpose and continues to advance the cause of church planting within our movement the Church of God. The following paragraphs will help you to better understand how the NCPO can serve you and well as gaining a greater insight into our purpose, vision and strategy.

Our Purpose:

The NCPO exist to recruit, train, support, and network potential and present church planters. It is our desire to partner with those on the state and local levels in order to maximize our corporate efforts for effective church planting. We desire to establish the Church of God, once again as a church planting movement through a long term strategy of planting culturally relevant, spirit-filled churches where the planters have been:

1. Where our church planters our thoroughly trained and equipped through a three step certification process called LABS.
2. Where through mother/daughtering churches increase the multiplication process.
3. Where new thriving local church plants, reproduce other thriving local churches, creating an apostolic, multiplication network, networking with local and state Bishops,  causing the reproduction of planters and new churches. The strategy is to spread this concept on the grass roots of North America throughout the Church of God.

We are here to create innovative models, processes, training programs, and systems. To be resources, consultants, and advisors to the church planting process.
